General

Mobility For All regular business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.(Pacific Time). We respond to non-urgent inquiries such as account setup, promo codes, billing, advance reservations, etc. during business hours in the order of the inquiries received.
We also have extended hours to assist with urgent inquiries such as assistance with active reservations (lock/unlock the vehicle) and charger assistance Monday –Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). -

Download the carshare app and create an account.
Upload your driver's license. We will use your driver's license to process a Motor Vehicle Record report to determine your driving eligibility.
Have a valid payment method associated with the Mobility For All community.
Sign Mobility For All’s Motor Vehicle Record fee acknowledgment and Terms and Conditions.
Complete orientation

All drivers must have the following qualifications:
Be 21 or older, with at least 2 years licensed driving experience
Have a valid U.S. driver’s license
Pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
Agree to Mobility For All’s terms and conditions

We use a third-partiy software (Checkr) to process your Motor Vehicle Records (MVR)check. The MVR report provides your license status, driving history and your safetydriving record. We use the following criteria to approve or decline your MVR:
In the past three years, have no more than two at-fault accidents, three minor moving violations, four non-moving violations, or a combination of the above.
In the past four years, have zero major moving violations.
You must meet these requirements to be approved to drive the carshare vehicle.

It takes approximately 1-3 business days for your application to be processed. The timing of the approval depends on the processing time of the Motor Vehicle Records check and the completion of the orientation.

Rates vary by membership tier and vehicle types. You can view our rates and rules on our website. Rates may change from time to time without prior notice. You can always check the current rental rate on the mobile app.

Carshare reservation includes insurance, a charger at the home station, and extended-hours phone support.

You are responsible for taxes, tolls, towing, insurance deductible, charger not at home station, and any tickets issued during your reservation. Some vehicle may equip with toll sticker. If there are any charges for the toll during your reservation, we will charge a fee on your reservation.

Our vehicles are available seven days a week, 24 hours per day. Reservations are limited to seven days. These vehicles are share-used with other users. So, please be considerate of the share-used vehicles.

You can book 30 days in advance.

You can extend your reservation using the mobile app or by calling us, if the vehicle hasn’t already been booked by another users. If you are unable to extend your reservation, you must return the vehicle within your original reservation time.

Mobility For All currently provides sedans (Chevy Bolt EV and EUV), pickup trucks (Rivian R1T), and passenger vans (VW ID Buzz).

You can cancel up to four hours before your trip at no cost. Canceling the reservation within one to four hours of your trip start time will result in a cancellation fee. If you cancel within one hour of your trip you will be charged the entire cost of your reservation.

If you are unable to extend your reservation on the mobile app, please call us immediately. You’ll be charged a late fee if you’re not returning the vehicle on time. Please keep in mind if you are late returning a vehicle, it is likely to impact the next reservation.

If you do not return the vehicle within your reservation time and Mobility For All is unable to reach you, we will initiate vehicle recovery process. You we bill charge with a vehicle recovery fee.

Vehicle Operation

You can unlock the vehicle using the mobile carshare app. If you can't unlock the vehicle, please contact us.

Each vehicle is equipped with an RFID card that can lock and unlock the vehicle. The RFID card is located inside the glove box or in the central compartment. We recommend keeping the RFID card with you during your trip.

Always lock the vehicle using either the mobile app or the RFID card. This process will immobilize the vehicle if someone breaks into it.

Your reservation includes 150 miles. Each mile driven beyond 150 miles per day, will becharged at $0.45/mile.

You must return the vehicle back to its home location.

Yes. Each carshare location is equipped with a dedicated charger. You must plug the vehicle in upon returning the vehicle. Use the charger RFID card inside the glovebox orin the central compartment to charge the vehicle. If you do not plug the vehicle back in after use, you will be charged a fee.

Users must return all vehicles with at least 50% state of charge on the battery. If you return a vehicle with less than 50% state of charge, you will be charged a fee.

All vehicles must have at least a 50% state of charge when they are returned. If your vehicle does not have at least 50% state of charge when you start your reservation, please inform us.

Yes, Mobility For All’s vehicles can be charged at any charging network that has theJ1772 CCS/Combo connector. Customers are responsible for the cost of charging while away from the home station.
Rules & Restrictions

NEVER allow another person to drive the carshare vehicle during your reservation. This is illegal and not in compliance with our insurance. Only the person making the reservation is covered by our insurance. You’ll be charged a fee and results in account termination.

No! No smoking of any kind is allowed in our vehicles at any time.

At this time, we only allow service animals, and they must be transported in a pet carrier. You must inform us before your reservation if you’re bringing the service animal. If we learn there's a pet in the vehicle, you’ll be charged a cleaning fee.

No. Towing is not allowed with any carshare vehicle.

No. Snow chains are not allowed. Carshare vehicles should not be operated in conditions that require traction devices.

No. Mobility For All vehicles must be operated on regular paved roads and highways.

You can’t use Mobility For All carshare vehicles for any of the following:
Transporting passengers for hire (e.g., Uber or Lyft)
Transporting any goods or cargo for hire or a fee (e.g., Uber Eats or Grubhub)
Any illegal activity
Transporting pets or wildlife.
Urgent / Emergency Issues

In the event of an accident, please follow these steps to ensure everyone is safe andthe accident is documented properly
Make sure everyone is moved to a safe location.
Call for emergency (911) help if needed.
If another vehicle or personal property was involved, you need to call the police immediately to get a police report.
Complete the Incident Report form found in the storage compartment on the driver side or in the central compartment.
Notify our staff as soon as possible by calling (866) 662-4255.
Once you’re safe, email support@m4a.us the Incident Report form and photos ofthe accident.
