ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Choose what works for you. Pay-as-you-go is the default, with no subscription fee. If you drive more often, monthly and annual plans give you access to lower vehicle rates.
M4A Income Qualified. Receive the annual access plan at no charge. Contact us for details.
Pays for itself. Based on the sedan vehicle rate, if you drive more than 12 hours a year the Annual Access Plan will pay for itself when compared to Pay-as-you-go.
First time sign-up fee of $25 to process a motor vehicle records check. This fee is non-fundable regardless of status. Once approved, drivers receive $15 drive credit.

Already a ZEV co-op member? Pre-existing (prior to October 1, 2026) ZEV co-op Members receive the Annual Access Plan at no charge.
Keep in mind that the daily rate equals eight hours at the applicable hourly rate.
Drive what you need, when you need it. Vehicle rates vary by vehicle class and access plan, with hourly and daily options available.
Your rate is based on your selected plan, so more frequent drivers can save with monthly or annual access.

Fees and Penalties
Annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check: $15.00 annually to confirm driving eligibility.
Late Return: $20.00
Cancellation (Within 2 hours of booking): $20.00
Cancellation (Within 1 hour of booking): Full Rental Amount
Low Fuel (below 50%): $15.00
EV Left Unplugged: $15.00
Lost Portable Charger: $250.00 If the vehicle is equipped with a portable charger and it's lost.
Lost Fob/RFID card/Tracker: $50.00
Smoking/Vaping in Vehicle: $250 + actual cleaning cost
Extra Cleaning: $25 + actual cleaning cost. An additional fee may apply if the vehicle is returned in a condition requiring more than normal cleaning.
Failure to Report Damage: $100 + damage repair and associated costs
Failure to Report Accident: $250 + any additional costs and repairs and possible account termination.
Towing (caused by carshare user): $150 + any additional costs
Improper return: $50 + any additional costs if the vehicle is not returned to its station of origin.
Abandoned Vehicle/Vehicle recovery: $250 + any additional costs and possible account termination.
Traffic and Parking Violations: $25 + actual cost of ticket
Toll Road and HOV: $25 + actual toll fee. You are responsible for paying your highway and bridge tolls.
Unauthorized animal: $250 + actual cleaning fee
Terms & Conditions violation: $150 + suspension or termination.
Non-Members driving vehicle: $150 + account termination.
Insurance Deductible: Up to the $5,000 insurance deductible. Check your personal automobile policy and/or credit card for rental vehicle coverages.

Refer a friend
Have your referral share your name during the enrollment process. They must complete the onboarding process to receive the credit.
